Important Documents for Registration
Before beginning the registration process, here are important documents to gather to better assist you with the completion of your child’s registration.
Child's Certified Birth Certificate
Must be a Certified copy of the birth certificate (hospital copies and passports are NOT accepted)
Working Email Address
Demonstrate Proof of Residency (Both categories must be satisfied)
Category I (One document required)
Most recent property tax bill and proof of payment, e.g., canceled check or Form 1098 (homeowners)
Mortgage Papers (homeowners)
Signed and dated current lease (renters)
Letter of Residence to be used when the person seeking to enroll a student is living with a District Resident (7:60-AP2, E2)
Category II (Two documents showing proper address are required)
Driver's license, State ID, or Consulate ID
Voter registration card
Most recent cable or internet bill
Most recent utility bill (gas, water, electric, sewer, or trash)
Current homeowners/renters insurance policy and premium payment receipt
Valid Payment Method for Registration Fees (Card or Check)
